RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Being responsible for process controls for foam line, braiding and extrusion steps.
2) Training operators to standardize equipment handling, tooling installation and process parameter set up.
3) Ensuring all of the manufacturing instructions are updated in a controlled manner.
4) Controlling the procedure that right tooling and manufacturing instructions are correctly distributed to operators within 24 hours based upon manufacturing orders.
5) Assisting quality and production teams to analyze and resolve any product quality issues. Making MRB decisions when necessary.
6) Fixing all of process and quality challenges caused by material, equipment and process variations.
7) Following up all of LMR cable related cable development projects. Documenting processing parameters and ****ing results. Recording project implementation steps according to procedures of ISO-9001 system.
Qualifications
1) A college graduate;
2) At least with 2 year working experience in cable/wire industry;
3) English reading and writing capabilities;
4）Good command of computer skills; Proficiency in AutoCAD is a plus.
