职位职责和职位要求 (Job Responsibilities & Requirements)： Responsibilities （main tasks）︱工作职责：
- Responsible for the performance of the underlining.
- 管理下属员工的绩效。
- Responsible for implementing pre-maintenance plan.
- 严格执行预防性维修计划。
- Guide the underline to solve and prevent serious problem；
- 指导维修员工调查重大的、经常发生或潜在的严重问题；
- support to find the reason of break down, and take improvement measures.
- 帮助确定失效零件的真实原因，并建立整改措施。
- Train the underline and keep the maintenance effective；
- 发展并培训维修部门员工、有效地维护现有的与计划的生产设施。
- monitor and follow the status of the underline.
- 监督并跟踪下属的工作状态及工作质量。

Qualifications:
任职条件：
- Education background教育背景：College in Mechanical, Engineering and similar fields机械类专业大专以上学历；

- Work experience相关工作经验：Above 3 years working experience on maintenance management.3年以上接插件行业的设备管理方面工作经验；

- Competencies required, certificates, training
对专业能力及相关证书、培训的要求:Good commend in English and computer skills.良好的英语读写能力和Office办公软件操作技能；

- Management skills （leadership /teamwork/ communication skill, etc.） 管理技能如领导力、沟通、团对合作、影响力等:
a.Excellent communication skills；具有良好的沟通能力；
b.Good ability in planning, organizing, coordinating, analyzing & team work spirits；具有一定的计划、组织、协调、分析能力和团队协作精神；

- Social skills & personality （attitude, emotion, etc.）社交技能及个性要求，如态度、情绪控制等:Active work attitude, willing to bear high work pressure；工作态度积极，愿意承受高强度的压力；

- Language & computer语言、电脑技能要求:Strong Oral communication English；Familiar Office, AutoCAD etc software；有较强的英语交流能力；能熟练使用Office, AutoCAD等软件。
