Responsibilities
岗位职责：

1.To ensure smooth and effective day-to-day operations, organize, coordinate and mobilize the whole team to implement it and together achieve all the tasks; it’s reasonable to arrange shift base on labor cost
保证日常操作顺畅有效，组织，协调并调动整个团队充分执行和共同完成目标要求任务,合理安排班次

2.Solve the process issues on-site in time and keep the production plan meet the delivery time
及时解决现场工艺问题的同时保证生产订单按期完成

3.Ensure the smooth running of the production daily work and quality assurance, identify problems and arrange the settlement timely, important issues report to superiors.
保证生产日常工作的顺畅运行和质量保证工作，发现问题及时组织解决和处理，重大问题向上级汇报。

4.Work with improvement statistician to improve production OEE and enhance the operating efficiency, personal efficiency, control and reduce scrap rate
与生产改善统计员提高生产效率并强化员工的操作效率，人工利用率，控制并减少材料报废率；

5.Tools management, supporting equipment’s’ adjustment and take-down, according to plant requirement to make planning and optimizing tooling;
模具管理，支持设备的安装调试和拆卸；根据车间需要，做出计划和优化生产工装；

6.Introduce and tutor new staff, planning shift working and training plan; responsible for occupational safety; According to the order requirements, prepare the human and material resources, and seriously implemented, timely contact with relevant departments.
介绍并指导新员工，制定员工班次和培训计划，以及负责职业安全；根据订单需求，编制人力和物力资源，并认真实施，及时与相关部门联系

7.Arrange trial new products, be responsible for the workshop 5S activity and continuous improvement with improvement statistician.
对试生产的安排，与改善统计员一起推行本车间的５S 和持续改善

8.Take charge of reception, distribution and recycling of cable documents.
负责对电缆图纸的签收、发放和回收工作,负责部门的文件归档。

9.Make the statistic sheet and calculate the KPI of operator
制作并月底结算员工KPI 考核统计表

10.Other tasks assigned by production managers.
完成生产经理安排的其他工作。

Requirements:
1.about 10 years working experience about cable manufacturing
十年左右电缆制造的工作经验
2. Familiar with production planning and task allocation
熟悉生产计划及任务分配
3.Good communication skills
良好的组织及沟通能力
