职位要求
Essential requirements:- University degree, majored in human resources management or related management- A minimum of 5 years\' HR experience in foreign manufacturing company- Good command of both oral and written Engilish- Well skill of PPT
Main tasks:- Handle all issue related to training, maintenance training system, training records, roll out the related data analysis- Maintain competency matrix system for whole company - Analyse and summarize gap analysis and training requirements and propose yearly training plan- Evaluate the result effectiveness of training by using different approached, and improve the training effectiveness accordingly- Measure the investment output- Update database of training reports and result for whole company- Be responsible for VISA applications- Be responsible for employees\' relationship management- Support employees\' activities- Other HR administrative works assigned by HR manager
